Dispatch options include simple calendar scheduling, leveraging driver cell phones or mobile devices using our mobile applications, or can be used with our unique in-vehicle hardware. Advanced scheduling and “will call” on-demand rides are easily handled.

We offer a safer, more reliable, and professional alternative to existing Transportation Network Companies (TNCs). Traditional TNCs are represented by organizations that connect riders and drivers for a fee using mobile applications or websites. However, the drivers and their vehicles are validated by a private company which has been problematic on an epic level. Our technology and business model puts a twist to the standard TNC model. TNCs do not offer a live-operator call center or dispatch service and TNC passengers must provide credit card information for billing purposes and agree to the terms and conditions for use. Typically, TNC terms and conditions generally indicate that the TNC is not the transportation provider and disclaims the safety of the driver among other disclaimers and notices.

We have modified the TNC model to accommodate the fast-moving world of some passengers who prefer self-scheduling via their cell phone app. However, we put safety, privacy, and financial risk at the forefront of our Praxis Transport Solutions TNC model (or what we like to call PTNC). Our PTNC model is that we work with reputable larger labor pools such as US Military Veterans, US Unions, and qualified corporations (called Quals). Drivers and passengers must be “card carrying” members of a respective PTNC. No money is exchanged between passengers and drivers, but rather fees are paid from passengers to Quals via e-commerce through our mobile app or online through our dispatch portal. Drivers are paid by Quals via e-commerce. Ride data are not available to Quals, thus maintain privacy.

With PTNC, Quals receive a commission and drivers and passengers have a more rewarding and safer transportation experience.
